The best part is that these built-in effects mean you don’t have to install plugins. Shotcut includes a range of effects for a video that lift it from the range of beginner freeware to a useful intermediate editing tool. To use, apply a transition (eg dissolve) between two clips, select 'custom' from the dropdown list, and point to one of the.
